When we got to Latam Airlines Beijing Office, we were once more pleased with LATAM's handling of the check-in procedure. The employees were friendly, composed, and effective, and the counters were well marked. They truly made an effort to make us feel at home, so as a family, we didn't feel like just another set of travelers. The agent graciously made sure our kids were seated close to us and promptly helped us with our luggage. Everything went smoothly during the check-in process, and we quickly passed security and were prepared to board.
