Packing the right things for Everest base camp trek is also important. I packed warm clothes, a down jacket, gloves, a woolen cap, and a good sleeping bag. The weather can change fast, and it gets very cold at night. I also took trekking poles, water bottles, and snacks. A headlamp, sunscreen, and sunglasses are a must. The sun is strong at high altitudes. I carried my own medicines too.

Starting from the Annapurna trail, I walked through charming villages, forests, and rocky paths to reach Tilicho Lake at 4,919 meters. It is one of the highest lakes in the world. The deep blue water surrounded by snowy mountains was breathtaking. The trail was a bit challenging but full of beauty, silence, and adventure. It was truly a special journey.
