I recently got the opportunity to use the service in the Cathay Pacific Manila Office, and I have to admit that it was really good. I am really happy that I chose to visit the office in person rather than handling the procedure online or over the phone when I had to make last-minute alterations to a multi-leg itinerary from Manila to London via Hong Kong.
The staff was friendly, competent, and attentive from the moment I stepped in. I was promptly directed to a representative by the receptionist, who patiently and effectively handled my request. She gave me a detailed explanation of my flight rebooking choices, including pricing variations and seat availability. She even assisted me in using my Asia Miles to partially defray the cost.
