I don't usually write reviews, but the staff at the Airways Bucharest Office actually blew me away. I was getting a bit frantic after my online check-in didn't work for a very important business trip, and customer service just wouldn't answer my phone call. I thought I'd go down to the local office and try my luck, and I'm really glad that I did. Since I entered, I was certain that I was in capable hands. The receptionist was friendly and escorted me to a representative who not only attended to my issue but also was visibly empathetic to my plight. She took her time to guide me through the issue at hand, verified my booking information, and corrected the mistake in the system. She even printed out my boarding pass and offered me a few suggestions for speeding through security at Heathrow. What impressed me most was how relaxed and professional the staff were, even as the office began to fill up. You could see they were seasoned and knew how to deal with stressful situations. The office was tidy, well-lit, and up-to-date—much nicer than I anticipated, to be honest. I departed feeling relieved and impressed. These days, it's not often that one gets such careful, individualized attention from a major airline. Great big thanks to the Bucharest crew—you rescued my trip!
