We had high expectations for our renovation project and particular ideas about how we wanted the end result to look. With the work now finished, we’re really pleased with the quality of the job you’ve done. We encountered a number of unexpected problems along the way (flooding in the subfloor area, rot in some of the framing, etc). I think we could have easily been left feeling that we had to solve these on our own, but you were always one step ahead, presenting us with ways forward each time things seemed stuck. This gave us a great deal of reassurance as the work progressed. We were equally impressed by your organisation and flexibility. We really appreciated the balance you struck between letting us take ownership of certain areas, and stepping in when we needed help. We lived in the property throughout the duration of the work. We never worried about leaving the house for you and the team to get on with while we were away, even when we were overseas.
