This product is an ELISA kit used to measure Mouse Complement C1q in biological fluid samples, including serum and plasma. It is available for the detection of Mouse Complement C1q as low as 13.1 ng/mL and is incredibly sensitive.
Although there haven't been any noteworthy cross-reactions found between Mouse Complement C1q and its equivalents, the identification of cross-reactions with untested analogues may be limited by current methods.
Complementary element A protein complex called 1q is involved in the complement system. The A, B, and C subunits make up C1Q. The C1 complex, which is made up of C1q, C1r, and C1s, can bind to antigen-antibody complexes to activate it. The complement system's classical complement pathway is started when the C1 complex is activated.
