My cousin and I went to the Singapore Airlines Bali Office for our flight ticket, baggage restrictions and visa paperwork. Everything was explained in detail by the very friendly staff. The lady assisting us was very kind and patient, and we didn't have to wait long. The office was hygienic and had an updated vibe. We were made to feel quite welcome. Even before we board the aircraft, it's good to see airline employees that genuinely care about us. We also received assistance in selecting our seats and looking over the available meals. I had a great experience and would recommend this business to anyone in need of advice. Many thanks to the Bali office team.
