HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A Texas state district court has dealt a severe blow to businessman Tanweer Ahmed, dismissing most of his legal claims against business and political rival Tahir Javed and sanctioning him $10,000 to discourage future baseless lawsuits.
